2. Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, 9Pro Casino will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the material that a DMCA complaint has been filed.
- Terminate repeat infringers’ access to the website, in appropriate circumstances.
3. Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe that the material removed due to a DMCA notice was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent. The counter-notice must include the following:

- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

If a counter-notice is received, 9Pro Casino will forward it to the party that filed the original DMCA complaint. 4. Repeat Infringers
9Pro Casino reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of copyright. 5. Misrepresentation
